About me

I use science-backed methods, including from my own research, to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, high functioning Autism / Asperger’s Disorder, loss and grief, weight control, and relationship issues.

I am a licensed psychologist and registered art therapist. I have been providing clinical services since 1999 and I am a professor at California School of Professional Psychology with a small private practice.

I use science-backed methods, including from my own research, to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, high functioning Autism / Asperger’s Disorder, loss and grief, weight control, and relationship issues.

I use proven brain-based approaches such as biofeedback, emotion focused therapy, emotion focused tapping, mindfulness, music, and art to realign and reattune the nervous system. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and interests.
