I am a highly skilled marriage & family therapist and private practice owner helping couples and individuals cope with their life stressors and communication challenges. I ask "what has happened to you?" rather than "what is wrong with you?"

In college, I received life changing advice from a creative writing professor. She wrote "this character has no agency" on a paper where the protagonist was a not-so-subtle self-insert. And she was absolutely right; my choices were driven by side characters. This realization sparked something in me that I hope everyone gets to experience: serious main character energy. My skills and training, and that of my associates, are now at your disposal for exactly that purpose.
I'm a certified Discernment Counselor to help you decide whether to work on your marriage or let go. I'm trained in The Gottman Method, a widely accepted, evidence-based couples therapy model. I'm also trained in CBT, helping you differentiate between what you think, feel, and do. Finally, I'm a telehealth provider, fully equipped to meet you where you are.
