Nicole Flores, Clinical Social Worker
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience working with adolescents in a variety of settings, including the last 7 years as an employee for Oxford Bridges High School.
I currently work full time during the day as an Academic Intervention Specialist for Oxford Schools. I have been employed by Oxford since 2015 and have been practicing as a Social Worker for over 15 years. I've worked with all ages but I have a passion for working with adolescents. During the past seven years, working in the schools, I have noticed a real need for teens to learn coping skills to deal with anxiety, stress, depression and overall trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and participate in ongoing training in regards to trauma and it's impact on adolescents. I provide in-person and/ or virtual counseling sessions. I take most insurance plans and I am in-network with BCBSM and Aetna. I also offer a cash pay option if your insurance company does not cover my services.
