Welcome! As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor I believe everyone has their own story and I am honored that these stories are entrusted to me for processing and healing.

In my work, I draw from my education, clinical experience, and personal experience, including my own successes and failures. My goal in the therapy room is to be open, respectful, curious, and to hold you accountable to your healing journey. My therapeutic orientation is holistic and systemic, which means I treat people biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually.
My specialty is in trauma and the symptoms that co-occur with it, such as anxiety and depression. I also specialize in working with divorced families, blended families, co-parenting, and helping the child/children cope and adjust to new changes. I use many Evidence Based Practices and other forms of therapy such as traditional talk therapy and Mindfulness.
