About me
Hi! I’m Nichole! I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical supervisor, but you might also call me a promoter of possibility and champion of change!
I help others who long to feel confident about themselves but never quite feel like they are good enough. I help people who long to feel strong and those who wish they could be free from their fears, worries, or their past. People who wish to be free from their demons and ghosts but who are fearful of standing up against their own fears because they are afraid of the changes that may come. I support, embolden, motivate, and guide them through the sometimes challenging but always liberating process of discovering and/or recreating themselves so that they can accomplish what they desire and live the positive lives they want and deserve. I do this because I know from my own past experiences and journey as well as my work with others over the last several years that negotiating what life can throw at us is hard sometimes, especially when we think we have to do it alone. I am here to tell you that you do not have to do this alone; I am willing to stand beside you. I will assist you in discovering underlying issues, free up blocks, and heal old wounds as well as provide you with tools that you can use outside of counseling to build resilience or lessen anxiety. Through all this, you are my priority – you and your story, needs, and temperament. How else am I going to help you grow and become your best self unless I listen to you!
