About me
I am an experienced therapist helping teens and adults heal from childhood wounds.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am licensed in the state of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. I provide in person and online sessions.
My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced trauma and specifically, adults who grew up in dysfunctional, chaotic or unsupported environments.
I am also a provider for Palm Beach County Firefighter EAP and enjoy working with the families of first responders.
I have received trauma focused training in Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), EMDR derived techniques, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also have taken trainings in DBT and regularly implement various aspects of this modality into my practice.
