About me
Greetings! Thank you for stopping by. I am an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor who is dedicated in helping children and adolescents with issues relating to anxiety, depression, and anger. My philosophy is children and adolescents soak in information like sponges so we, adults, are their teachers of life. And to achieve success, we need to be able to teach the tools that will give them that path.
I have been practicing in the counseling field since 2009 consisting of individual. group, and family therapy. I have training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, and EMDR therapies. I have been working as a full-time telehealth therapist for the past three years and find the change rewarding. I currently work with children and adolescents through Brightline that are experiencing mild to moderate issues with depression, anxiety, anger issues, socializing with peers, and ADHD. I would have the privilege of working with your child or adolescent in building their therapeutic toolbox for a successful and manageable lifestyle.
