Nataly Ebid, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey. I graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in Social work. I have been working in field of mental health in over 10 years. I have extensive experience in psychotherapy and counseling. Most of my work is with adults 65+ and young adults. I have treated individuals with wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, Post-traumatic stress disorder, stress related issues, adjustment disorders and mental illness.

My counseling style is client-centered, warm, interactive and culturally sensitive. I do my best to ensure that I provide an environment that is safe, supportive, non-judgmental and most importantly confidential. The techniques used during sessions are eclectic in nature. My approach is always determined by the individual client’s needs. I predominantly incorporate evidence-based techniques such as client-centered, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness, solution-focused counseling, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
