I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is dedicated to helping people move through the challenges of life by helping them to understand how trauma has impacted their relationships, self-esteem, behavior, communication and sense of self worth. I specialize in depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship issues, self-esteem, co-dependency and trauma.
