I am a licensed mental health therapist specializing in using internal family systems, meditation, and wellness education to help those with anxiety, stress, and trauma.

I am so grateful to have been guiding people in therapy for over twelve years. I have experience working at a community mental health organization, university, and now in my own private practice. I am passionate about helping others and meeting them where they are. I am a Level 1 trained IFS therapist and I love it! IFS has been the most radical and healing form of treatment I have yet to discover with clients and with my own personal work. Feedback I receive often from clients is that they have tried many forms of therapy and that IFS is the most transformational one thus far. If you're interested in learning more about IFS, please visit the Resources section of my website. I am excited to share this gift with you on your path to healing!
