I am a psychotherapist that supports clients so that they can take back their lives from fear and anxiety.
I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years experience. I have been working through teletherapy, conducting sessions on Zoom. I have worked with clients who have anxiety and a variety of other issues including career and life transitions. I also help couples to get beyond the stresses and strains that impact so many relationships. I use client centered therapy, and have trained at the Couple's Institute in the Developmental Model of couple's therapy.
I also am an EMDR specialist which helps clients with anxiety and trauma. I support clients to live a more peaceful and successful lives.
