Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground for adolescents, adults and families. Mental health issues that are addressed in our office include but not limited to anxiety, depression, childhood and adult trauma.
Our focus is to help individuals, couples, or families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan best suited for the individual client, couple, or family. Some therapeutic modalities that are utilized in this practice are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
