About me
Hello! We are a recently formed a group practice, with a team of dedicated clinicians who focus on helping people who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, racial trauma, family/relational problems, LGBTQ+ issues and ENM-ethical non-monogamy. We provide services for Individuals, Couples and Families.
We have a passion for serving those who identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and individuals seeking Gender-affirming or Poly affirming care. We recognize that systemic oppression impacts individuals, families, and communities, and we strive to acknowledge and address these issues in our work. We recognize that members of these communities often face unique and complex challenges and I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process these issues. Our goal is to provide a culturally responsive and empowering space for my clients to heal and grow, with a focus on supporting underserved individuals and communities.
We also provide services geared towards families and children. We have a dedicated clinician who specializes in Children on the Autism Spectrum and other issues that may impact families.
Our approach to therapy is relational, strengths-based, and draws from various evidence-based modalities. Our goal is to create a comfortable and validating environment where you can develop insight, connect with your inner strengths, and feel empowered to take action. Among the therapy modalities that we draw from are: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy.
We are able to provide services for children ages 7+, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. We provide individual, family, couples and group therapy services. We are able to provide in office sessions, as well as telemedicine/Video sessions. We are open M-F 10am-8pm and offer select Saturday sessions.
If you're struggling with any issues mentioned above, and are looking for an experienced and supportive therapist, please reach out to us! We are committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard and validated. Thank you for considering us to help guide you through this journey!
