I foster space for clients that feels anchored, contained, and warm. My unique style as a healer is empathic, yet will challenge you. My specialty is trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My vision of health is for proper healing to take place, the entire self-mental, spiritual and physical must be aligned. My approach is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit that allows for all parts of you to be seen. I am trained in EMDR and have helped clients successfully clear their targets of trauma. I challenge clients to do the necessary work so they can shift to their highest potential and I believe that positive and healthy results occur when clients leave the familiar and step into the unknown. Taking back your power in this way is not easy, but it is achievable when one receives support on their journey of self-realization and healing.
Self-awareness and growth can only happen if we are courageous enough to be vulnerable and navigate our primitive attachment styles, thus behaviors, and ideas formulated about ourselves that make us stagnant. Change is possible with the right therapeutic relationship.
I attended Loyola Marymount University and completed my undergraduate degree with honors in Sociology. I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, having also graduated with honors. I have volunteered at various organizations such as Cedar Sinai and DiDi Hirsch suicide prevention center.
