About me
I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and am also EMDR-trained. I offer a heart-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I am licensed in both Florida and Texas. I provide in-person and/ or video sessions in Florida and only video sessions in Texas.

I will help you gain insight into the root cause of what is keeping you stuck.
We've each been imprinted with an emotional memory that stems from many different factors; In our first session we will uncover your pain patterns and get to the core issues of what is driving you to unconsciously re-traumatize yourself and keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns.
