About me

I am an experienced Associate Marriage Family Therapy who is dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and adults cope with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues.

Lisa Olivera - "Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone." Life is beautiful, but it can also be difficult. It can throw unexpected challenges at you, whether that's stress, a new transition, depression, anxiety, loss, a traumatic experience, etc. These experiences can leave you feeling sad, scared, alone, hopeless, empty and lost. They may keep you from experiencing the beauty and joy of life. It’s okay to ask for help. We can work together through the storm and find the light. You do not have to do this alone. I am here with you.

I'm known for my warm, compassionate, and client centered approach. I believe in a team effort in working closely with my clients to develop individualized plans that meet their unique needs/goals. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts/feelings. I believe that together we can overcome any challenges.

Accepting new clients. I am available Tuesday-Saturday. I provide Telehealth and in-person services.
