About me
I am an experienced Therapist who has worked with different ages and stages of life. I love to learn; specifically about the human brain, human connection and the impact of trauma. I have completed numerous hours of training and am excited to continue this journey. I'm honored to spend time with you!
I've worked with individuals of all ages since 2014 from the correctional facility to private practice. Currently, I work with individual adults (15+); identifying relationship patterns and strategies in those relationships and the trauma, anxiety, grief and/or depression you may experience. I believe attachment aspects are at the core of living, having a sense of purpose and hope. Understanding ourselves and knowing how others see us has the ability to keep us stuck and/or create resiliency during traumatic times. In therapy, I work with you to identify safety and interruptions in attachment relationships and it’s impact on you.
My undergraduate degree is in Human Communication and Psychology which I earned from Southern Oregon University and then I pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. My training and experience has been in Adult Attachment Interview, DMM, Trauma, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Communication.
