About me
I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arizona. I specialize in PTSD/trauma work, grief, couples / relationship therapies, and psycho-spiritual topics and practices. I am trained in EMDR and hypnotherapy and am an Advanced Clinician in Imago Relationship Therapy.
I have 30+ years working with individuals and couples. I have published in the field of relationship dynamics and intimate partner violence. I also am a Professor of Psychology, teaching clinical topics such as counseling, abnormal psychology, and trauma and recovery. I take a flexible, client-centered approach by working with each person individually to meet their needs. I see clients in person and virtually, and I participate in the large majority of insurance plans.
