About me
I provide individual, couples, and family counseling for adults and adolescents.
While I works with various mental health concerns, my area of specialty includes trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, transitional issues, and working with veterans. Additionally, I am also LGBT-affirming and welcomes clients of all backgrounds, races, and cultures.
I offer a space for adults and adolescents to explore what brings them to therapy and uses a person-centered approach with his clients. By providing a nonjudgmental and unbiased space my clients are able to find a way to overcome their obstacles in healthy manner. I individualize treatment for each client, couple, or family to meet their needs and use empathy and genuine positive regard.
