About me

I am an experienced clinician, dedicated to helping adults and adolescents cope with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. As a certified perinatal mental health clinician, I also specialize in helping parents navigate through the stages of parenthood.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative adventure to promote personal growth and well-being; I am honored to join my clients on their journeys. I aim to help clients connect to their feelings and find their "why" in life, helping them find a values-driven life. I see clients both in-person and online, allowing clients both comfort and convenience.

I am experienced in working with clients who have ADHD, and are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression that often accompany that diagnosis. With a certification in perinatal mental health, I am committed to and experienced in helping women and men navigate the complicated emotions that accompany the journey of parenthood. Whether you are thinking of having a baby or are a seasoned parent, I strive to help you feel validated and respected, and know that you are not in this alone!

I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Denison University in Ohio and Master of Social Work at Columbia University in New York. I have two decades of experience in the field of social work, providing me with the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life facing a variety of challenges.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet the client where they are, pulling from approaches that meet their needs. This often includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I strive to help my clients learn skills in our work together that they can apply in their daily lives.

Whether you are struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, or having a hard time in the transition to parenthood, I hope to help you find the joy and beauty in the rollercoaster of life!
