About me
I am a licensed therapist and Qualified Supervisor for the LCMHC profession. I received my master's in Forensic Psychology in 2011 and a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015. I've been in this field for over 18 years in some capacity or another. I am dedicated to helping cope with anxiety, depression, anger, and substance use.
My theoretical orientations are Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, and Choice therapy. No one technique works the same for everyone, however, I believe that people can find solutions to their issues with some guidance. I also believe that treatment should be client-centered and evidence-based. A better quality of life can be achieved if the work is done. Perception is everything! The efforts you put into any endeavor should match the results you get. We offer substance abuse treatment, anger management, parenting, and individual therapy.
