About me
Accepting New Clients! Hi! I am an LPC here in the Lubbock area. Are you feeling disappointed with your life or your relationships? Do you often feel stuck, exhausted, overwhelmed and not sure what to do to make it better? Is your child suffering from anxiety and/or depression? Do you feel like your marriage/family is falling apart? Perhaps you are feeling impatient, over-whelmed, disengaged, or unmotivated.
When thoughts of worry and self-doubt consume you and prevent you from being fully present with yourself and those you love, know you are not alone. We are all imperfect but valuable human beings. Life is paved with twists, turns and a few speed bumps. I am here to help you navigate through these times with self-compassion.
I provide individual, couples, & family counseling. We will set goals and work toward achieving those goals together. Everyone has a story, taking the courage to share yours is the first step towards positive change. I look forward to meeting you!
