I am a dedicated therapist who believes in each person's capacity for growth and flourishing. I have walked with those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and the effects of past trauma.

I work with my clients to navigate these challenges and integrate them into their lives as they discover their inner resources of strength and resiliency.Before becoming a counselor, I worked with individuals from childhood through hospice. I earned degrees in Early Childhood Studies and Clinical Mental Health Counseling which laid the foundation for the integrated psychodynamic approach I use in therapy where I have helped those recovering from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and past trauma.
My vision of the person is founded in Christian anthropology through which I help clients find healing and wholeness. I work with and welcome individuals of various backgrounds.
