I work with adults over 30, providing a safe, non-judgmental, caring space using IFS, CBT, and other helpful modalities, including spirituality if interested, to help clients cope with, adjust to, and find ways to enjoy life.
Michele does Telehealth Video counseling exclusively, using a professional URL link. Advantages to Telehealth include: Privacy, convenience, easy access for homebound clients, those with no transportation, or with young children at home. Michele has a special interest working with clients in which anxiety interferes with daily functioning, and those trying to heal from grief and loss. In addition, my D.Min. project focused on helping families who have a family member suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia. My promise is to be there for you every step of your journey until you feel you can make it on your own. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, adjust to new situations, and move forward to where you want to be in life. I look forward to working with you.
