About me
I am certified in EMDR Therapy and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specializes in Trauma and PTSD.
I don't believe anyone has to be defined by their past. It is often the case that life events are the very things that prevent people from living the life they both want and deserve. I have over 14 years experience working with people to assist them in overcoming substance use problems and ten plus years working with other mental health related problems. I would be honored to assist you in your journey to freedom from whatever it is that is holding you back.
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said," What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us". I believe that we do not have to live in fear of the past or fear of the future. Living in the now allows us to be free.
Exploring and identifying, the things within us, basically the lies we believe about self, is the gateway to learning to live in the now. Consider the fact that we ARE every age we have ever been. Each day has helped form who be believe we are today.
