I live by the philosophy that we all have an innate ability to heal and grow to live authentic and fulfilling lives. Sometimes difficult life experiences & societal structures cause us to disconnect from this inner healer. Our work together will be a collaborative, insight-oriented process, to help you work through some past or current issues & make empowered, well-informed decisions in the present & about the future. I focus on creating an open, culturally sensitive & non-judgmental space for clients. I lean on your existing strengths to determine an approach best suited to you and also incorporate somatic-focused techniques to enhance the mind-body connection.

I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds to help them navigate challenging experiences with depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration. I also provide support with preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences & currently work in partnership with a local ketamine clinic to provide Ketamine assisted therapy, under supervision.

I lean on my experiences as an artist to engage clients in expressive ways of experiencing emotions as language can be limiting.
