Are you a neuro-diverse person struggling in a world designed for a different brain? Is it hard for you to "do the thing" even if it's something that you feel "should" be easy? Are lingering effects from trauma holding you back? For these issues, I try to find creative solutions to therapy based on your needs, which might include mindfulness activities based on your interests, walk-and-talks in nature for ecotherapy, therapeutic game play, creating concrete goals and plans, and/or following your lead to find the best evidence-based practice that will work for you.

Even during the busiest times when it's difficult to carve out an hour for anything, you should leave the session feeling glad that you kept your appointment. I will help you set goals and then point out and celebrate every success. Therapy will be a safe space for you to vent and feel heard and validated, while learning some new skills to meet your goals.
