I'm an ADHD-certified therapist (ADHD-CCSP) and a healthcare worker with ADHD myself. I help adults understand how their brains actually work: why focus comes and goes, why rest doesn't always restore you, and why "just try harder" has never been the answer. Together, we build realistic, sustainable systems based on the capacity you actually have, not the capacity you think you should have.

I offer online therapy for adults in Florida and Colorado. I especially love working with women, and with nurses, techs, and other healthcare professionals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and everyone is welcome here.
