Reaching out for help in any capacity can feel incredibly difficult and scary. My goal is to welcome you into a space where you feel safe, seen and heard, and to work with you right where you are at. This is your journey, and I am here to offer support and resources to guide you in the direction you desire to go. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, have unhealed wounds and trauma from the past, or are currently struggling with issues such as infertility, grief and loss (not just death experiences), or just need a safe space to feel, process and heal, I am here for you.
I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also currently hold an Associates degree, and two Bachelors degrees. I am a Certified Grief Specialist and a Certified Trauma Specialist. I have also passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination. I believe that my education combined with my real-world experience allows me to hold space for clients in a way that allows for deep understanding and compassion. I am a mother and a spouse and understand the complexities that come with various relationship dynamics. I work from an eclectic lens which allows me to utilize different modalities and theories to customize the therapeutic process to each individual client. I am a firm believer in the therapeutic relationship holding the key to healing recovery and pride myself on getting to know each client the best I can.
