Hello! I am much like you, flying on a rock through space, hoping everything works out okay. I'm also an experienced therapist and transformational guide and my life purpose is to support your journey. I use a combination of science backed bio hacks like EMDR combined with intuition and metaphor. In my office, you might find yourself learning nervous system regulation through somatic experiencing, using breathwork to purge the "emotional demons", and developing a better relationship with all the parts of yourself through Internal Family Systems work. Conscious awareness is the greatest tool on the journey and I can help you sharpen it. I custom-tailor my treatment for each person, from exclusively talk therapy to spending each hour on yoga mats. I've lived a life of varied experience, and I know about trauma recovery first hand. I'm really excited to share some of the wisdom I've been gifted with in my journey so far, because I love seeing the profound changes that occur in people's lives when these tools come online. Whether you are on a spiritual journey of loving expansion, or seeking evidence-based practices to heal your trauma, I can help with that. (:
