I am a compassionate and experienced licensed therapist dedicated to empowering adults to overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression. ADHD, relationships, trauma, and substance use.

My mission is providing support to clients seeking to define and achieve balance in their life in the way that is important to them. I approach each session in a warm, down to earth manner, with a foundation of empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I provide guidance from a non-judgmental position in an effort to encourage emotional healing.
