I am an experienced licensed marriage and family therapist who has a particular passion to work with those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stage transitions.
There are times in our lives when we feel like things are falling apart. But what if they were actually falling into place? In a safe and caring space, and with compassion and grace, we could explore those areas of your life that have made it difficult to experience hope, peace, or purpose.
You are the expert on your own life and my job is help you find what you need to bring the change you desire. I will bring my more than 12 years of professional experience into the room to guide you on your path. Together we can go on a journey to find a path forward to a more meaningful life. When needed, I can incorporate my specialized training with EMDR, Sand Tray, Art, IFS and DBT into our sessions.
Quotes that touch my heart and speak to how I practice:
“’How do you spell love?’ – Piglet ‘I don’t spell it, I feel it.’ – Pooh”
“Ego says, ‘Once everything falls into place, I'll feel peace.’ Spirit says, ‘Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place.’” – Marianne Williamson
