I am an experienced counselor who specializes in mood disorders, personality disorders and is dedicated to assisting clients in bettering their lives for themselves.

My ideal clients are dealing with symptoms or emotional responses that are interfering with their day to day lives. Those who are working toward addressing their root causes and finding the tools to be able to live the life that they want for themselves. With a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling degree from Capella University, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology, I am well-equipped to guide clients who have experienced complex trauma and those struggling with mood, and personality disorders as well as anxiety and depression.

I have a passion for executing assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning to assist clients. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, a form of psychotherapy in which past experiences are explored. Both solution focused and evidence based approaches are utilized by me when working with clients.

I implement a collaborative approach to allow clients to take the driver seat while I sit passenger side. With this approach, I assist clients by fostering a safe environment that allows them to feel comfortable holding the wheel and moving forward through their lives. Open to all age groups, I enjoy using my versatile skill set to help people get on track
