About me

I am an experienced therapist with twenty years of experience working with children, adults, and families. I have experience working with issues such as loss, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, autism, and adhd.

I am certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) , rostered in CPP (Child-parent Psychotherapy), and a TAC (Training in Adoption Counseling) graduate. I offer teletherapy in states which I am licensed, offer a blend of home visiting and teletherapy to families with younger children local to triangle area to east coast of North Carolina, and offer office visits to families willing to drive in and surrounding counties of Pitt County, offering animal assisted therapy and animal-assisted learning. I also offer group sessions to adoptive families, adoptive teens and adult adoptees. I also integrate Christian and Biblical counseling practices when clients would like for their spirituality/faith to be integrated into therapy sessions.
