About me
I am an experienced mental health therapist who is passionate about helping clients get unstuck and feel more empowered and content on their path.
My approach to counseling is warm and accepting. I am here to help you feel stronger, more empowered, and more capable. I believe the success in this comes from us building a strong trusting relationship and approaching all issues from a compassionate and nonjudgemental stance.
My clients often come to me wanting to find themselves again - in their life, in their relationships or families. They feel stuck and are unsure of how to move through that. I work using a holistic lens and evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to each person I sit with. Together we will create a plan to help guide us in our work together.
Life often moves in directions we don't expect, and it takes strength and courage to seek help. Every person deserves respect, sensitivity and to be heard. I’m here to listen and support you through this process and journey, whenever you are ready. So looking forward to working with you!
