I enjoy supporting clients to live healthier, more purposeful and fulfilling lives by drawing on 3 decades as a counselor and 5 decades of meditation/yoga teaching (trained Kripalu Yoga teacher), I have worked with individuals and couples to help them find their own inner guidance and move from depression to joy, anxiety to calm, and hopelessness to gratitude.

I work collaboratively and tailor my approach to my clients' needs. Helping clients recover from trauma, I've found integrative Mind-Body approaches to be effective, such as EMDR, Mindfulness and Energy Psychology. I also use Non-Violent Communication, Body Dialogue, DBT, TFCBT, and Psychosynthesis. I help couples deepen and repair their relationships. I also support single parents to reduce their stress, live a balanced life, and enjoy their parenting journey.

Licensed in both MA and NH with over 30 years' experience, I provide clinical supervision and consultation to other clinicians and have taught over 100 graduate counseling courses at 3 different graduate schools since 2000.
