As people we all have struggles from trauma to substance use, relational issues, life transitions, emotional issues and stress. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for healing. My role as a therapist is to serve as a guide to assist in your healing journey. You are the narrator of your life, and I would be honored to support you on your journey. I have been a practicing therapist since 2011. I believe in healing the mind, body and spirit through multiple approaches. I can assist in finding the right one for you. I am trained in EMDR and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention Therapy. I am a fully licensed social worker in the State of Michigan as well as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Addictions Drug Counselor and an Auricular Detox Specialist. Contact me for support.
