I am an experienced therapist with a strong background helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a lot of experience working with adolescents and adults. I have specialized training in the areas of play therapy and trauma therapy, and use a variety of interventions, including expressive arts and EMDR, to help tap into unexplored issues and strengths.
I take an individualized, strengths-based approach to find practical solutions that work for each one of my clients. I work to increase emotional intelligence and build a "toolbox" of coping skills to help better navigate life's challenges.
In particular, I have witnessed the power of EMDR to help overcome traumas and develop a more adaptive and empowered sense of self.
