I work with individuals who are struggling with grief after the loss of a loved one, as well as trauma, anxiety and depression
I work with individuals seeking help for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and major life transitions. I am trained in Hakomi, a body-centered psychotherapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which works specifically with trauma. I completed training in Group Counseling through the Boulder Psychotherapy Institute. I have worked with children who have experienced the death of a family member or anyone close to them. I work with the elderly who may be experiencing discomfort with the aging process, as well as dealing with the loneliness and depression that often accompanies this phase of life.
