About me
I am an experienced therapist who is committed to meeting people where they are; I have extensive experience with SUD and Mental Health disorders.
I have extensive experience with SUD, Mental Health disorders, and ADHD as well as other concerns. I work in a Primary Health Clinic providing PCBH services; integrated mental health care services. It is fascinating to work where patients are getting access to immediate mental health care services. I love collaborating with the medical team to ensure best outcomes for a healthy person which includes their mental health. I use a toolbox of many skills to provide an integrated style including CBT, DBT , MI and 12-step models. I am happy to work with children and adults on a multitude of issues including relationships, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, sleep issues, chronic pain, parenting, and more.
