About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist practicing Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and helping adults to thrive in their life stages as well as help clients make choices to reduce depression, anxiety and anger, cope with age related conditions, and manage major mental health issues.
I provide virtual and in-person Dialectic Behavioral Therapy services that include individual therapy, skills training, and coaching. I love working with clients who are learning to make choices that help them thrive in the mature stages of life. I'm also dedicated to persons living with major mental health conditions who are seeking growth in mental health management. I accept medicare Part B insurance and fee-for-service payment at reasonable rates.
