About me
I am a licensed social worker who is passionate about normalizing mental health within underserved and underrepresented populations.
Are you tired of suffering in silence? Guess what you no longer have to suffer alone! I’m here to be your mental health cheerleader! Therefore, ending the generations of trauma by empowering healing through mental health awareness and developing change. Together we will work to empower, educate and provide you with mental health wellness. Like the lotus flower, you TOO have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and RADIATE into the WORLD.
I have an extensive background in providing assistance to children, young adults and geriatric adults with medical disabilities, lifestyle changes, depression, anxiety, socioeconomic challenges, and victims of abuse. My approach is simple, let's work together to increase awareness with learning coping techniques to maintain a life of mental health wellness.
I know it can be challenging to decide to start therapy, and I’d be honored to help you with the first step. You can expect a therapist who is open, honest and non-judgmental in a safe therapeutic environment. Remember, just by reading this post, you’ve already taken the first step to being the best version for yourself.
