About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been working with students and adults for over 20 years. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, life transitions and stress management.
I believe every individual has their unique story to tell, learn, and grow from. My style as a therapist is warm and compassionate. I work from a relational client-centered approach, while incorporating cognitive behavioral and mindfulness practices. My goal is to help you to step back from stressful situations, gain different perspectives, and make lasting changes. By meeting each of my clients where they are, I aim to work collaboratively, to help harness your strengths in helping build the bridge of where you are and where you want to be. I am offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I look forward to connecting for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together.
