About me
I am an experienced therapist trained in trauma informed care. I am dedicated to serve your whole well being, physical and mental health is a priority at The HEADShop, PLLC
I have been practicing since 2014 serving clients from different cultural settings, gender identities, and chronic illnesses ( HIV, HBP, RA, and others) . Graduated from Victory University in 2013. I started my quest in counseling while being a cosmologist, I found so many needing compassionate guidance, as we all know the Salon is an outlet for women to get a dose of self care and social interaction, the light bulb went off and so here I am. My background in healthcare case management guides my understanding of the need of therapy for clients dealing with medical illnesses. I coach my clients through difficult times and they emerge whole and refined. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CPT, psychotherapy, and many others.
