About me
Over 10 Years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, to better navigate through some of life’s challenges.
As a therapist, I look foreword to meeting my clients where they are and guiding them on their journey to feeling relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am eclectic in my approach, as not all people are alike in the way they learn and heal. I use CBT, DBT, CPT,, EMDR, and client centered approaches. I have special training workout h with Star Behavioral Health and military families, as well as the LBGTQ community, and many years of working with young children, with a background in early childhood development. My array of worldly experiences gives me more insight on ways to help those from many different backgrounds.
