About me
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Specialist. Providing a therapeutic space focused on challenging personal and interpersonal obstacles to each individual's wellbeing.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and resolve challenges that are roadblocks to being your best self. Addressing concerns including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral issues, and relationship problems. I work with individuals, couples and families from a strength-based approach to pursue healthy choices and healing connections, Experienced educational and behavioral consultant.
Post graduate training at Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. Focus on relational psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and matters of substance use and co-dependence. Certified in trauma-informed practices, grief and loss, and school-related difficulties.
My goal is to help clients better understand how discord with self and others contribute to struggles in achieving personal goals and sense of wellbeing. In partnership, we will access internal strengths, enhance coping skills, define methods for self-care and repair social connections.
