About me
I am a Family Therapist by training with a systemic approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. I am dedicated to helping clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, or stress which is a part of coping with personal and professional challenges presented by the demanding dynamics of our complicated lives.
I am here to provide a healing experience in an environment of trust and mutual understanding by inviting a variety of perspectives to solve problems that living in our times presents. Being Iranian American has provided me the opportunity to combine Eastern and Western philosophies in approaching life's questions and challenges. Every session is at least a bicultural experience that would present different values and perspectives. I am a storyteller and use creativity, analogies, and metaphors to create a deeper understanding of the problem at hand. No problem is too big to solve.
