About me
I am a pre-licensed professional who is dedicated to helping clients of any age cope with anxiety, depression, among many other struggles they may face in their everyday life.
Accepting new clients! These past few years have been difficult for many of us as life changes and transitions have been inevitable. Talking through what you have felt and experienced can be very helpful in moving forward. I believe every person has the ability to make meaningful, positive change in their life. We will work collaboratively to create goals, identify your strengths, overcome barriers, and enact positive, lasting change.
I use a strength-based, person-centered approach, which means I utilize unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and authenticity. I also employ aspects of narrative therapy which emphasizes the stories we create and how we make meaning of our stories.
If you are experiencing faith changes or are deconstructing your previously held ideas about religion and faith, this is a safe space to explore those new ideas and work through these changes.
