I am a professional counselor with experience working with adults and adolescents in assisting with managing emotions, and engaging families in treatment to address the needs of their children while providing support and training to parents.
I am a professional counselor with experience working with adults and adolescents in assisting with managing emotions, and engaging families in treatment to address the needs of their children while providing support and training to parents. I have experience addressing a range needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief and loss, attachment, and attention disorders. I utilize a client-centered, empathic approach that assists clients in feeling safe and understood while serving as the catalyst for client growth.
I will assist in increasing insight and awareness in order to foster authenticity and self-actualization for growth and change. I appreciate including client interests into their treatment, including incorporating art, music, writing and other healthy outlets that promote expression of one’s internal thoughts and feelings.
In working with me, you will experience a creative and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I have a strength for building healthy therapeutic relationships that include good rapport with clients. I will assist in increasing insight and awareness in order to foster authenticity and self-actualization for growth and change.
