About me
I have many years of experience beginning as a registered nurse in behavioral healthcare treating adults and adolescents and then moving into clinical social work. I often work with addictions, anxiety and depression, and relationship issues.
Life can be complicated and seeking help is the first step to wellness. I believe in person-centered therapy and discovering what will work for you as an individual. I often use cognitive behavioral approaches to skill building as well as mindfulness techniques. Helping clients find what drives their behavior or stress is often the key to change. Gaining the confidence to make changes often feels overwhelming but through therapy you will find this achievable.
